Erin Dinan has been coaching competitive distance running for the past 17 years. She is the Women’s Head Cross Country Coach and middle to long distance Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field coach at Ithaca College.

In her tenure at Ithaca, Erin has coached 7 national champions in the 10K, 5K, and 3K. She has developed 23 All-American athletes under her training and coaching plans. Erin studied Psychology in college and understands both the mental and physical dynamic of competitive running. Her athletes benefit not only from her expertise in training but also her ability to connect, empathize, and understand the mental pressures involved in competitive running.
