Jenny Gott - Running, Cycling, Triathlon

“Strong athletes are built on consistent choices, not heroic workouts.”

With over 20 years of experience in endurance sports, Jenny brings deep knowledge, care, and a passion for performance to coaching. Her journey began as a Division I track and field athlete at the University of Wisconsin Madison, where she competed as a 400m hurdler. Collegiate athletics shaped her understanding of training, discipline, and the mental strength required to grow both on and off the track.

Since then, Jenny has competed across a wide range of endurance sports. As a Women’s Cat 2 road cyclist since 2011, she has raced nationally and internationally, with standout efforts in events like the Race Across America (RAAM), the Race Across Denmark, the WOW Cyclothon in Iceland, and the Leadville 100 MTB part of the Life Time Grand Prix off-road series.

She also spent nearly a decade racing as an elite triathlete across Half Ironman, Olympic, and sprint distances, and has delightfully completed the NYC Marathon. Across disciplines, Jenny stays grounded in a love for daily movement, the joy of shared effort, and the belief that sport can be a lifelong tool for personal growth.

As a coach, Jenny will take a data-driven, individualized approach to training, with a strong emphasis on life balance and long-term sustainability. She encourages athletes to get out there, challenge themselves with goals that feel meaningful and rewarding, and maintain a strong foundation for both physical and mental well-being. Whether you’re stepping into sport for the first time, a seasoned athlete reaching for a PR or just enjoying another competitive event, Jenny is committed to helping you grow with purpose, confidence, and resilience.
